A blend of 40% Semillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Sauvignon Gris, the white version of Magrez-Fombrauge has a light apple blossom and gooseberry scented bouquet driven by the Sauvignon Blanc. The palate is crisp and taut with citrus peel on the entry. There is good tension and freshness here with a focused bitter lemon tinged finish that is lively and vivacious. Tasted April 2014.
