The next bottling in The Chess Malt Collection ® will be an old Single Malt from an Eastern Highland distillery that was founded as far back as in 1798. The distillery was then called Aldour Distillery after the river Allt Dour but the name changed in 1825.

The malt whisky from this distillery has always been an important malt for blends and has just been bottled as Single Malt in very limited volumes by the owners.

We are sure you will enjoy this malt, that has been aged for more than 20 years in a Sherry Butt.
